WARRANTY AND EXCHANGES

WE SERVICE WHAT WE SELL

We stand behind everything we sell. We service what we sell.  All warranty issues are handled on the customers behalf by Durst Cycle & Fitness. All sales are final, but we do allow for unforseen problems and offer solutions.  

Exchanges:  A receipt must accompany all merchandise to be exhanged.  Bicycles may be exchanged, at Durst Cycle's Discretion, for another bicycle only.  Fitness and other large equipment purchases may be exchanged likewise. No monetary refunds are allowed.  Other new unspoiled and unused merchandise, still in original box or packaging, may be exchanged for other new merchandise or gift certificate. No monetary refunds are allowed.

Sale items cannot be exhanged or refunded.

Layaway Terms:  Initial deposit refundable within seven days.

Layaway period is recommended not to exceed two months.

Layaway payments are to be carried to completion.  If not, they may be exchanged for a gift certificate or for other mechandise during the first two months.  After two months, no exchanges or monetary refunds are allowed.
