Adjustability abounds with the back pad, seat pad and leg hold-down, letting you position the bench to 7 different angles from decline, to flat, to incline, and creating an ideal fit for your strength work. This stout bench also accepts BodyCraft's Arm Curl Attachment and Leg Extension/Leg Curl Attachment (sold separately) for additional exercise variety. Plus, you’ll appreciate the convenient transport wheels when you need to move the bench around.
